We start with a complimentary meeting, which helps us understand what's important to you, how we can help and also to explain our fee structure so that there are no nasty surprises later.
From here we will provide our recommendations in writing, outlining the benefits, trade offs and alternatives.
The best part about this is that we are fully licensed and insured.

Jason started his Financial planning career back in Scotland during his teenage years and worked for the UK's largest independantly owned financial planning firm.
Jason has also worked for big 4 banks before starting his own practice back in 2014.
Irma is Jason's p.a and does all the day to day tasks required to run a busy practice as smoothly as possible.
Irma also spends a lot of her time following up with Centrelink, providing updates and doing applications.
Jill is our office manager and generally your first point of contact, Jill books all of our meetings, prepares for ongoing service reviews and prepares our compliance documents.

We only specialise in pre retirement and retirement planning, we are experts in all things Centrelink and can happen guide you through that maze. We ensure that you are maximising your entitlements and have helped hundreds of people just like you.
We take a no BS approach to our fees and believe that if we provide value, we will get paid accordingly. So, after our complimentary meeting, Jason will let you know the costs that apply for the work we will carry out for you. We will not commence any work until you are happy and agree to the costs.
We have seen other business's add GST on top of the quoted price or charging a fee for the advice and then another fee for the paperwork.
We provide an all inclusive fee and that will be locked in.
As licensed financial planners, we are generally allowed to deduct some or all of our fees from your Super, we can also do credit card payments etc if this works better for you. Our main goal is to put you in a better position and fees should never stand in the way of doing this.
What if I have a complaint
We hate complaints and do our best to avoid these, however, sometimes things go wrong so we have a thorough complaints handling process and it goes like this.
Making a Complaint
We endeavour to provide you with the best advice and service at all times. If you are not satisfied with our services, then we encourage you to contact us. Please call us, send us an email or put your complaint in writing to our office.
We aim to resolve complaints immediately. Where this is not possible, we will acknowledge the receipt of your complaint within 48 hours. We will then explain our process to resolve your complaint and tell you who will handle your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with our response after 30 days, you can lodge your complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. You can contact AFCA on 1800 931 678 or via their website www.afca.org.au. AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution which is free to consumers.
